As UX/Product Designer, I worked on a two-sided B2B marketplace that connected brands and retailers through shared catalogs, calendars, social activity, and messaging. I modeled account hierarchies, roles, and permissions, then designed flows for discovery, ordering, and relationship management across both sides of the platform. I also created reusable design system patterns for cards, feeds, filters, and messaging so the experience stayed consistent as the product evolved. Throughout the engagement, I partnered closely with founders, product, and engineering to iterate based on pilot feedback and real usage.
